About The Position

Jobber is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to join their Brand Marketing and Communications team. This role focuses on managing relationships with online influencers to build awareness of Jobber programs and drive new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and understands the impact of high-quality social media content and brand alignment. The Brand Partnerships Manager will ensure brand partners adhere to guidelines, monitor engagement, and evaluate performance against lead and acquisition targets. They will also propose new campaign strategies and identify opportunities to increase acquisition through influencers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in influencer and digital marketing, with a consistent track record of leading successful social media–driven campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate with Brand Marketing and Communication teammates, as well as other Marketing department teams.
  • Strong communication skills, being clear, direct, and responsive both externally and internally.
  • Excited to search for and present new opportunities to grow, driving efficiencies through processes, tests, or optimization.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats, including administrative tasks, market research, and creative ideation.
  • Solid customer service skills, building relationships to earn trust quickly and taking a consultative approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience or previous hands-on marketing experience for a SaaS company or tech startup.
  • Education in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related fields. BA, BS, MBA or MS in Marketing, Business or related field is a plus.
  • Experience managing or running paid campaigns on social media and with influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Be a brand champion by supporting and contributing to ideas for campaigns, events, initiatives, and resources for brand partners.
  • Research and recruit new potential brand partners who are a good brand fit and interested in using Jobber.
  • Build authentic relationships with existing brand partners through a consultative approach, prioritizing performance and collaborating on promotions.
  • Amplify and contribute to ideas for collaborating with brand partners on content across the Marketing team, ensuring they are leveraged cross-functionally.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on the success of individual brand partners, ensuring best practices and accuracy.
  • Balance and report on how brand partner content contributes to the Jobber brand while hitting performance targets, including leads generated and revenue.
  • Act as a strategic contributor, evaluating if brand partners are meeting expectations and understanding the balance between measurable outcomes and brand initiatives.
  • Proactively optimize the roster of influencers to drive new leads and customers through independent research and experience.
  • Communicate regularly with brand partners, providing supporting materials and customized coaching based on performance.
  • Support existing Brand Partnerships program by researching and discovering new potential brand partners.
  • Onboard new partners to create regular content that recommends Jobber authentically.
  • Build relationships, collaborate with, and evaluate existing partners.
