About The Position

PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company, is seeking a Brand Media Senior Associate to join their collaborative team. This role involves crafting innovative and impactful media strategies for clients, working with cross-functional teams, media professionals, and third-party publishers. The team values creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for delivering meaningful results. The Senior Associate will guide and mentor team members, foster collaboration, and ensure client expectations are exceeded, playing a key role in helping brands connect with their audiences and drive lasting results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital media strategy, campaign management, media partnerships, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in Account Planning and Brand Media.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Creation.
  • Ability to work on a cross-functional team to ensure cohesive, 360-degree media strategies.
  • Strong command of Marketing Metrics, Planning & Analysis, and Market Research & Consumer Behavior.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced skills in relationship building and fostering trusted partnerships with media platforms and internal stakeholders.
  • Commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on day-to-day execution of cross-channel media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and strategies.
  • Manage core media operations, including partner coordination, campaign optimization, and performance analysis across various channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with media partners, working collaboratively to develop creative and effective campaigns.
  • Analyze data and research to identify the best partners for reaching target audiences, leveraging performance history and audience insights.
  • Contribute to the RFP process, evaluate proposals, negotiate rates, and help design bespoke campaigns tailored to client needs.
  • Share campaign performance updates and actionable insights with clients and internal teams.
  • Get hands-on with high-impact projects, helping to drive innovation and success for client campaigns.
  • Share knowledge by mentoring junior team members, equipping them with best practices in Brand Media.
  • Utilize AI, automation, and technology to elevate work quality and efficiency, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making.
