About The Position

Brand marketers at Endex shape how the most demanding buyers in finance encounter our work. You'll generate the ideas and ship them end-to-end: brief, vendors, production, launch, and measurement. If you thrive in ambiguity and want to build the brand of a category-defining company, let's chat.

Requirements

  • Creative and Analytical: You generate the idea, write the brief, hire the vendors, manage the budget, and ship the work.
  • Writer First: You write with the precision a finance audience demands, and your portfolio includes long-form work you personally produced and shipped.
  • Builder: You'd rather ship three good things this month than plan one perfect thing for next quarter.
  • Taste: You have a campaign from any company, any category that you genuinely admire, and you can articulate exactly why it works.
  • Extensible: You adapt fast as the product and company evolve around you.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing

Responsibilities

  • Own the Brand Voice: Shape Endex's brand across every public surface including website, newsletter, LinkedIn, launch announcements, and sales collateral.
  • Run Campaigns End-to-End: Lead the creative, production, and measurement of Endex's brand campaigns across OOH, conferences, social media, launches.
  • Manage Agencies and Vendors: Build a creative bench across design, video, and production as we scale.
  • Partner Across the Company: Work with product, sales, and leadership to translate complex capabilities into language finance professionals find credible and compelling.
  • Measure and Iterate: Bring analytical rigor to every campaign to know what worked, what didn't, and what to run next.
