About The Position

Beauty Barrage is a strategic sales management team whose field professionals support beauty brands in retailers across North America. The Brand Market Specialist represents assigned beauty brands in stores, building brand presence and driving sales and awareness. This is a fluctuating, part-time, seasonal opportunity with schedules varying monthly according to brand and retailer needs. Hours may range from 0 to 20 per month, depending on availability and scheduling needs.

Requirements

• Beauty retail experience.
• Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of the in-store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
• Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image in a polished and professional manner.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstrations.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive, lasting impression after each store visit.
