The Brand Manager (BM) is responsible for leading the development and execution of category brand strategy across all existing channels to build strong brands and categories. The BM works collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure flawless execution at all Representative and Consumer touch points for all base and new products. The BM establishes meaningful relationships and partnerships with multiple teams (HQ GBU, Sales, Learning & Development, etc.). The BM builds, leads, and energizes their respective category teams. We’re looking for someone who’s obsessed with growing awareness of brands through experimenting with new tactics and strategies, grounded in data, and creative in approach to grow a fan base for our brands.
