About The Position

Our client is seeking an Brand Manager experienced in residential home maintenance and home services to act as the face and voice of their company, helping develop client relationships, brand awareness, and industry trust. You will have the opportunity to grow the business brand through development of client relationships, while providing knowledge of the home services industry to internal and external partners. You will be relied on to lead company growth initiatives, including marketing campaigns and industry events, with the goal of expanding the customer base while supporting scaling business operations.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the home maintenance serving industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own schedule, proactivity in determining daily priorities
  • Excellent problem solving skills, ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Experience with marketing campaigns and social media
  • Superior leadership qualities with a demonstrated track record of dealing successfully with internal and external customers
  • Results-oriented with the ability to interpret and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and time lines
  • Outgoing personality with desire to build relationships with new people

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with business that may become referral partners by meeting with potential partners, introducing them to the company's services, and converting them to customers
  • Promote the company through marketing campaigns, and in person at industry events
  • Engage with active customers and visit in person to ensure service provided to to a high quality
  • Build relationships with active and potential customers, answer work related questions, and educate them of the full range of services offered
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the serving teams, gather feedback from customers and support with improvements to business operations based on feedback
  • Work alongside internal creative teams to develop engaging marketing material
  • Engage audiences through social media posts, LinkedIn stories, website blogs, and other content
