About The Position
Brand Manager | NOVA Tastings NOVA Tastings is a rapidly growing experiential marketing company leading high-impact activations across Virginia, DC, and Maryland. We’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead teams, drive sales, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing teams and driving performance
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and ownership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage 40+ SuperNOVAs (Brand Ambassadors) to ensure performance and alignment with company goals
- Drive sales through strategic event planning and execution
- Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance
- Partner with distributors, suppliers, and clients to support sales initiatives
- Manage reporting, expenses, travel, and overall operational execution
- Ensure strong communication and 100% customer satisfaction
