About The Position

Kendall Acura of Eugene is seeking strong, energetic leaders to join their team as Brand Managers. This role is for individuals passionate about developing relationships, providing exceptional guest experiences, and innovating within the automotive industry. Kendall Auto Group, a large, family-owned dealership in the Pacific Northwest, is looking for an experienced Acura Brand Manager to contribute to their fast-paced Sales Department. This is not an entry-level position, and qualified candidates will have a proven track record in automotive sales and management.

Requirements

1-2 years of work experience with demonstrated success in vehicle sales.
Strong leadership skills.
Proven success in Automotive Sales.
Detail-oriented.
Well-organized.
Ability to complete work in a timely fashion.
Superior customer service and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
A valid driver license.
A good driving record.

Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Growing the sales department through coaching and providing support to salespersons.
Working directly with sales staff to assist in closing sales.
Actively participating in vehicle price negotiation.
Appraising incoming vehicles.
Selling finance products.
Conducting Finance Manager roles including getting deals financed, paperwork, and contracts in transit.
Conducting sales meetings and trainings.
Supervising sales staff, ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
Stocking an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory.
Planning, organizing, and controlling dealership sales activities.
Maintaining knowledge of and complying with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.
