About The Position

As the Internet Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital sales strategy. Your role will involve managing and motivating a team of Internet Sales Associates, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring seamless lead management. Your positive energy and leadership will help reinforce our brand's reputation for outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in the retail automotive industry with a proven track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Excellent customer service, communication (both written and oral), and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfort with high call and email volumes and proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional automotive sales training or management coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of Internet Sales Associates. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help your team succeed and grow.
  • Connect with prospective customers through phone and email, schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up on missed opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Leverage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (eLead) to develop and maintain a robust prospect development system and track customer interactions.
  • Implement and oversee an effective owner follow-up system to drive repeat and referral business, contributing to high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Transfer online leads efficiently to the Sales team and collaborate with Sales Management to provide timely quotes and information to customers.
  • Uphold and demonstrate behaviors aligned with Hanania's Vision, Mission, and Values in every customer and team interaction.
  • Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the dealership's goals and operations.
