We are seeking an experienced CPG Brand Manager who is passionate about strategically driving brand growth, uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative products and marketing campaigns to grow a major strategic Bimbo Bakeries USA category that includes multiple global brands. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment developing strategies to drive sales and market share of BBU products through numerous marketing strategies including driving household penetration, distribution, promotion, consumer insights, PR, innovation, advertising and social media. As a Brand Manager, you will operate as a business leader, owning key levers across the marketing mix and partnering cross-functionally to bring ideas to life. You will play a critical role in translating consumer and market understanding into actionable strategies, while leading complex initiatives from concept through execution.
