About The Position

IHL is looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to join our Republic Brands Group team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized, creative, and analytical professional who excels at driving brand growth, market positioning, and revenue across global channels. The ideal candidate will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, licensing, and distribution, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling and commercial success across categories such as apparel, footwear, beauty, and home. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, apparel, or consumer goods.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of licensing models, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) business structures.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, creative departments, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent storytelling, presentation, and trend-awareness skills.
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing long-term brand strategies, maintaining clear brand positioning, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints while analyzing market trends and consumer insights.
  • Partnering with design, merchandising, and licensing teams to shape product assortments that align with brand DNA while supporting go-to-market strategies for seasonal launches and new categories.
  • Leading the development of 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, PR) and collaborating with creative teams on storytelling, influencer, celebrity, and partnership activations.
  • Managing relationships with licensees and external partners to ensure brand standards and consistency globally, while actively identifying new licensing opportunities.
  • Partnering with sales and retail teams to drive wholesale and DTC performance, supporting key account strategies across department stores, e-commerce, and specialty retail.
  • Tracking brand performance, analyzing campaign ROI, and developing reporting dashboards to present key insights and metrics to leadership.
