Requirements

Bachelors Degree
2+ years experience in a Brand Manager role in healthcare preferred
Financial acumen and understanding
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Ability to set Marketing Plans
Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Local Markets brand owner, overall responsible of Brand P/L, brand building and profitable market share development
Leads annual brand plans: owns brand A&P and defines brand activation touch points in line with global guidance.
Responsible of marketing local implementation, usage of global material, reduction of non-working in markets, maximization of digital & paid media
Leads Brand & Innovation campaign activation, tracking and corrective actions.
Briefs Marketing Activation Manages about annual brand plan.
Owns Brand assortment, product management and pricing in line with global guidance.
Drives Assortment initiatives together with global partners (SC, GPM, GBIS, PMI)
Brand Building expert toward health care providers, payers, clinicians and consumers.
Identifies and supports generation of required clinical evidence for allocated product range and therapy areas
Expert in capturing consumers and customers insights
Provides feedback to the global brand strategy
