About The Position

The Brand Manager is responsible for focusing on sales volume, distribution and pricing to help the company sell more product and increase net profits.

Requirements

  • Must have 5 years of related experience
  • Must possess a strong will to succeed and a need to achieve sales targets
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and thoroughly to share relevant product information and understand customer needs and priorities
  • Must possess the desire to see those working below you be successful in their jobs
  • Must possess good management skills, seeking employee input, asking questions and following up with employees
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated and well organized
  • Must have excellent knowledge of all brands and packages we sell
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer.

Responsibilities

  • Determines the priorities and distribution objectives for our portfolio.
  • Identifies accounts, assists sales staff with account strategies by identifying customer needs, assists with territory planning and participates in administrative duties to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Along with other L&F sales staff and managers, coordinates and implements effective retail programs, events and sponsorships to maximize high-end sales
  • Continuously increases product knowledge to become an expert resource for colleagues and customers; communicates new and pertinent high-end product information to customers and necessary staff/locations
  • Maintains an effective rapport with other staff and each customer account
  • Oversees, trains and develops brand activation mangers to ensure they are performing their jobs as expected
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and monitors competitive activity
  • Participates in ride-withs with suppliers to ensure brand priorities are being communicated properly and met
  • Develops and coordinates sales incentive contests involving all brands
  • Communicates volume and distribution numbers to necessary staff
  • Coordinates co-op program to ensure objectives are met
  • Works with client brand managers to ensure compliance with product visibility and distribution objectives
  • Completes training, seminars and classes as assigned
  • Sells all products in accordance with company guidelines and TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission)
  • Completes and submits sales, incentive and other required reports accurately and on time
