About The Position

Campari Group is a major player in the global branded spirits industry with over 50 premium and super premium brands distributed in over 190 markets. Headquartered in Milan, Italy, Campari Group owns 25 plants worldwide and employs approximately 4,700 people. The Global Senior Brand Manager, Agave Portfolio, is responsible for leading all generation and insights work at the market and consumer level to build, concept, and execute a strong innovation pipeline for the Agave Portfolio. This role spearheads all innovation initiatives for House of Agave, working alongside key cross-functional teams. The position also leads Agave Portfolio Strategic and Business Planning initiatives, with a focus on key activation strategies, working closely with local markets to implement both on/off-trade specific brand projects. This role plays a critical role in driving speed, consistency, and quality of execution while supporting the delivery of House of Agave growth ambitions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in brand management with CPG, social media/digital, or lifestyle experience; spirits background preferred.
  • Preference for a candidate with experience of a global perspective.
  • Digital Marketing Savvy.
  • Undergraduate Degree with emphasis in Marketing.
  • Dynamic and performance driven individual.
  • Capacity to influence ideas, behaviours through the communication of compelling points of view and the building of strong partner relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively across organization and different cultures.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Assertive, adaptable and creative.
  • Knowledge and experience in brand management.
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing.
  • Ability to do excel quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including globally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the Agave portfolio innovation pipeline.
  • Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities based on consumer, category, and market insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Innovation, Supply, Commercial, Finance) to develop and execute innovation initiatives.
  • Ensure strong alignment between innovation concepts, brand positioning, and portfolio strategy.
  • Oversee business case development and support successful global and local launches.
  • Lead generation and synthesis of consumer, shopper, and market insights to inform brand and innovation strategy.
  • Leverage internal and external data sources (quantitative and qualitative) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for innovation, activation, and portfolio decisions.
  • Collaborate with global and local insights teams to ensure consistency and depth of analysis.
  • Lead key strategic planning processes (Strategic Plan, Long-Term Forecast, Budget) for the Agave portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain brand and category growth models in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Guide markets in forecasting and planning, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
  • Monitor performance and identify corrective actions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Define and support execution of key activation strategies, with a focus on on-trade and off-trade excellence.
  • Partner closely with local markets to ensure effective implementation of global brand initiatives.
  • Support development of toolkits and frameworks to guide consistent execution across markets.
  • Facilitate strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for innovation and strategic initiatives across Global Marketing, Innovation teams, Commercial & Channel teams, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Drive alignment, clarity of priorities, and timely execution across stakeholders.
