About The Position

As the Brand Manager Product, you will be responsible for leading and managing marketing initiatives and product Go-to-Market strategy for product promotions, renovations, and new product launches. This includes working with the Innovation, Sales, Digital, and Customer Education Teams to meet customer satisfaction, product launch buy-in, and overall revenue goals. This role includes prioritizing marketing launch initiatives and resources and ensuring that marketing efforts support Eminence’s overall strategy and goals. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Brand Manager Product & Launch.

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams
  • Experience in managing multiple complex projects
  • Experience in merchandising and planogram
  • Experience working in brand management/governance
  • Experience in the Spa and/or Health and Beauty industry
  • Experience in Product Launch Management (conception through to SKU Rationalization) with consumer package goods
  • Exceptional written/oral communication and project management skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to further define, manage and grow Eminence products in their portfolio
  • Proactively gather, analyze, and drive insights from local market knowledge and competitive landscape across all channels to inform product campaigns and promotions
  • Recommend products for feature in digital and print promotion, PR awards
  • Determine pricing strategy for product portfolio and recommend price adjustments as needed to ensure ongoing product profitability
  • Execute the Go-to-Market strategy, including marketing collateral and key messaging for product promotions, renovations, and new product launches, with input from the Senior Brand Manager Product & Launch, Director of Brand Portfolios and Creative Director of Brand Experience
  • Approve project documents and review timelines, working closely with the Project Manager Innovation & GTM.
  • Develop cohesive product promotion messaging including assisting with copywriting and supporting the creative services team in creative development needs and production
  • Partner with the Customer Education team to define the education strategy
  • Manage one or more promotions/renovations and their deliverables with the support of the Associate Brand Manager(s) and/or Brand Coordinator when required
  • Guide the development of marketing deliverables for product promotions/renovations including, but not limited to, componentry artwork and labels, print materials, product catalog additions, training materials, retail packaging
  • Ensure post-mortems and evaluations of launches are effectively analyzed, presented reviewed and actions applied
  • Ensure continuity between print and digital assets by reviewing the Eminence website and providing new or updated content as required
  • Work with the Digital team to monitor and manage the digital lifecycle of product-related assets on the Eminence website
  • Supervise the workload and coach/train direct reports, Team Members and contractors
  • Prepare and conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports
