The Brand Manager, Neutrogena Global Hair is responsible for leading the global strategy for Neutrogena Hair category, including the 3–5 year innovation pipeline and communication campaigns. You will be directing complex customer and competitor analyses, preparing forecasts and recommendations, driving market-focused culture, establishing key relationships with agencies and suppliers, and evaluating marketing tactics from complex market research. You will also lead the development of budgets for new product development and new product or service rollouts, and ensure large-scale product launches.
