About The Position

The Brand Experience Specialist is a national, execution- and sales enablement-focused role within Marketing Communications, responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality Pioneer brand experience across Canada. This role serves as the central coordinator for sales-facing brand experiences, with primary focus on national commercial (sales and marketing) events. Supporting approximately 100 sales employees, the Brand Experience Specialist builds and manages country-level processes, coordinates execution at scale and ensures brand standards are consistently upheld in market. This role will also step-in to lead execution at specific in-person events throughout the year. Success in this role requires a strong bias toward action, strong organizational skills, comfort working in-field and clear ownership of execution from start to finish, ensuring work is delivered reliably and to a high standard.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing execution, event coordination, sales enablement, operations or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams
  • Comfortable working directly on-site at events, plots or facilities as needed for events
  • Detail-oriented with a strong follow-through mindset

  • Experience supporting field-based or customer-facing teams
  • Familiarity with national brand standards or multi-region coordination
  • Proximity to Chatham, ON for management of Technical Sales Building

Responsibilities

  • Personally execute and support sales-facing Pioneer brand experiences across Canada
  • Own national execution processes, tools and timelines that enable consistent delivery — with accountability for results, not just plans
  • Act as the hands-on point of contact for sales teams on event readiness, assets and brand standards
  • Coordinate vendors and shared resources while maintaining direct involvement in execution, particularly at priority events
  • Serve as a practical source of best practices by doing the work and sharing what performs well in-field
  • Recruit, train and manage a small seasonal team of contractors and interns working with the brand during spring and summer, including 1-2 part-time contractors with plot and equipment accountability
  • Provide hands-on leadership to support tradeshows, events and select plot work, initially in Eastern Canada with potential to expand west – ability to be involved in field work (Eastern Canada) as needed required
  • Establish clear workflows that emphasize doing the work right, on time and on brand
  • Maintain direct ownership of plot and event equipment, including annual maintenance, licensing and storage
  • Manage the Technical Sales Building in Chatham alongside local admin team
