About The Position

We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and results-driven Brand Experience Lead to join our team. You will help elevate and reimagine our foot and nail care business. You’ll help oversee campaigns that resonate with consumers, spotlight our product points of difference and ensure consistency across touchpoints. Requirements

  • Have a college degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing— ideally in personal care or a lifestyle brand.
  • Are a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and drive execution.
  • Have strong creative instincts and can evaluate work through both a brand and consumer lens.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple workstreams at once.
  • Are a builder with a founder’s mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and unstoppable.
  • Love making things look and sound amazing, whether it’s an IG carousel or a retailer sell-in deck.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate easily across functions and agency partners.
  • Are energized by fast-paced environments and brand-building challenges.
  • Have a passion for tracking trends and storytelling

Responsibilities

  • Support and help shape Kerasal’s long-term strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity across all consumer touchpoints including leading business planning.
  • Contribute to claims and clinical development in partnership with RCD and regulatory teams.
  • Lead execution of consumer campaigns from brief through launch, orchestrating agencies and internal teams across paid and owned channels
  • Ensure creative excellence and strong brand expression across all assets, maintaining a high bar for visual and messaging quality
  • Partner closely with media, communications, and PR teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact storytelling
  • Lead PR and events
  • Manage tactical execution of various marketing initiatives including review generation, healthcare professional programs, consumer promotion, packaging refreshes and more
  • Drive commercialization project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross- functional coordination stay on track
