About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking a Brand Lead to help shape, operationalize, and scale how their brand shows up across the company. This role requires brand expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution. The Brand Lead will partner closely with brand leadership to advance Booz Allen’s brand architecture, translating strategy into clear frameworks, guidance, and real-world application. They will act as both an advisor and operator, working across sectors, marketing, and functional teams to ensure the brand is consistently understood, adopted, and activated in ways that support business priorities. The role focuses on making an existing brand work through strong partnerships, practical enablement, and high-quality execution. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, or marketing
  • Experience working with brand architecture, portfolio strategy, or brand systems
  • Experience in technology, product, or B2B environments
  • Experience taking initiatives from concept through execution across multiple channels
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence across complex organizations
  • Ability to manage and organize projects
  • Ability to provide portfolio samples
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Partner with brand leadership to evolve and implement Booz Allen’s brand architecture, translating strategy into actionable frameworks and guidance.
  • Act as a bridge between brand strategy, creative execution, and business priorities, ensuring alignment across the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across sectors, marketing, and functional teams to enable effective brand application.
  • Advise stakeholders on brand positioning, structure, and activation across campaigns, content, and experiences.
  • Support and lead execution of brand initiatives, ensuring ideas translate into high-quality, on-brand outcomes.
  • Collaborate with creative, communications, digital, and event teams to bring brand work to life across channels.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen how the brand shows up through partnerships, activations, and integrated efforts.
  • Develop tools, playbooks, and resources that help teams apply the brand consistently and efficiently.
  • Bring structure and momentum to complex, cross-functional efforts, ensuring work progresses from concept through delivery.
  • Monitor how the brand is applied across the company, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.
