Sans is building a consumer hardware brand focused on products that help people live healthier lives at home, starting with air and water purifiers. They are a small, ambitious team looking for a Brand & Storytelling Copy Lead. This role involves defining and ensuring the consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, including narrative, tone, and storytelling systems. The lead will translate brand strategy into content that builds trust, authority, and long-term demand, reporting to the Creative Director and collaborating with Brand, Creative, eCom, Lifecycle, and Product teams. The Brand Storyteller will own the words across the full organic customer journey, from organic social, to brand-forward emails/SMS, the website, and packaging. The ideal candidate can simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling language, balancing brand storytelling with clarity and actionability, and adapting voice across formats while maintaining consistency.
