About The Position

An acclaimed hospitality group is seeking a visionary Brand Executive Chef to take full ownership of a vibrant, refined, multi-meal period Latin American culinary destination. This role is for a "chef’s chef" who thrives under the high-energy, high-volume demands of the Las Vegas Strip.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years Experience: Progressive culinary leadership in high-volume, elevated fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premier multi-unit brands.
  • High-Volume Expertise: Proven success managing large-scale operations ($18M+ revenue) without compromising on meticulous presentation and quality.
  • Strong background in authentic Latin cuisine.

Nice To Haves

  • Background with acclaimed culinary groups (e.g., Jose Andres Group, Javier's, Toca Madera) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver bold, authentic Latin flavors (inspired by Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina) through a modern lens, seamlessly blending fine-dining technique with high-capacity execution.
  • Actively lead daily line operations.
  • Orchestrate high-volume shifts.
  • Oversee the complex's dedicated family meal program.
  • Drive profitability through tight food cost controls, labor optimization, and efficient inventory management.
