About The Position

The Brand Creative Lead is Wire 3’s dedicated in-house creative, responsible for keeping Wire 3 looking like Wire 3 across every market we serve — from a digital ad in Port St. Lucie to a booth sign at a community event in Macon. This is a high-ownership role on a lean, fast-moving marketing team: you will both set creative direction and execute it, operating at a strategic level while spending real time in Adobe every day. The Brand Creative Lead partners closely with the Sr. Manager, Brand & Communications and the Marketing Campaign Strategist to produce brand and campaign assets across digital, print, social, and out-of-home channels — and builds the templates and systems that allow the broader marketing and community team to produce on-brand work independently. There is significant room to shape how things get done, not just execute what is handed to you. This is a hybrid role based in Florida with regular in-person time in Daytona Beach required.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign — used daily, not occasionally
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling a brand system, not just working inside one someone else built
  • Strong range across creative formats including digital ads, social content, print, event materials, and out-of-home; OOH experience a plus
  • Motion/animation skills in After Effects or similar platforms strongly preferred given the volume of animated ad formats produced
  • Ability to work independently, manage a varied and fast-moving creative queue, and turn work around quickly when the situation demands it
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain creative decisions clearly to both designers and non-designers
  • Portfolio that demonstrates creative range, brand consistency, and real-world execution across multiple formats and channels required
  • Background in telecom, technology, or regional consumer brands a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Motion/animation skills in After Effects or similar platforms strongly preferred given the volume of animated ad formats produced

Responsibilities

  • Own Wire 3’s visual brand consistency across all markets and channels; serve as the guardian of brand standards, visual identity, and tone across every asset the team produces
  • Design digital ads, social content, event materials, sales collateral, signage, press materials, and out-of-home formats on an ongoing basis across Wire 3’s active and growing markets
  • Build and maintain a scalable brand template system so community managers, sales staff, and other team members can produce on-brand materials without pulling in the Brand Creative Lead for every request
  • Lead Wire 3’s brand narrative development including photo shoots, video shoots, and web content that tells the Wire 3 story in a way that resonates with local communities
  • Thoughtfully evolve Wire 3’s brand look and feel as the company grows — not overhauling it constantly, but pushing it forward with intention and consistency
  • Produce animated ad formats and motion graphics for digital and social channels; manage animated asset production as a core part of the creative workflow
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Campaign Strategist to develop creative concepts and assets for paid and organic campaigns across all channels
  • Partner with Community Events Managers to supply locally relevant event assets — booth signs, flyers, social posts, and response templates — in a timely manner
  • Manage your own creative queue and priorities with minimal oversight; communicate proactively on timelines and flag when something needs more time to be done right
  • Explain creative decisions clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders; be a constructive creative partner across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned
