About The Position

We are looking for a design-driven Brand Coordinator who brings ideas to life through impactful visuals, with a strong design mindset and a passion for creating cohesive, engaging brand experiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team to bring fresh ideas to life across multiple channels. From crafting compelling visuals to maintaining a consistent global brand presence, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Delmar shows up in the world. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment, propose new ideas, and push creative boundaries within an evolving global brand. If you’re passionate about design, branding, and visual content creation—and love seeing your ideas come to life—this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Brand Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a creative marketing role (internships included)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing recent, high-quality design work across digital and/or campaign environments (PDF or online)
  • Strong foundation in branding, layout, color theory, and typography
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Office 365
  • Experience using AI tools to create high-impact visuals
  • Comfortable working with video editing platforms (Premiere Pro)
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Excellent team spirit, positive attitude, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute visually compelling creative assets for campaigns and corporate initiatives
  • Translate editorial briefs into high-impact design solutions & fresh ideas
  • Create and maintain digital assets for websites and online platforms
  • Design and produce brand templates for various initiatives
  • Ensure pixel-perfect execution and brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Contribute to the evolution of Delmar’s visual identity
  • Support the Senior Manager to deliver creative output and brand maintenance across ongoing initiatives.
