About The Position

You are a creative, organized professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life through visual design and meaningful content. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail. You take pride in producing high-quality work, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting a variety of teams with their creative and communication needs. You are both strategic and hands-on – equally comfortable designing a flyer, building templates, capturing photos, or coordinating with an external marketing partner. As a Brand & Content Manager, you will be responsible for designing and producing marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, event materials, presentations, digital graphics, and promotional pieces. You will develop creative assets to support marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, recruitment efforts, and organizational communications, while maintaining consistency in visual identity, messaging, and brand standards. The role involves supporting sales initiatives, developing promotional materials for community outreach, collaborating with Human Resources for recruitment marketing, assisting with social media content, and capturing photography and basic video. You will also create and maintain standardized template libraries, manage multiple creative requests, organize digital assets, and collaborate with external marketing partners to ensure quality and brand alignment. Additionally, you will support Lutheran Life Villages’ mission, vision, and values in all interactions and work, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field required
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in creative design, marketing production, or content development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Strong time management and project prioritization skills with the ability to handle competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate ideas and messaging into effective visual communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage digital assets and creative files.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in healthcare, senior living, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, event materials, presentations, digital graphics, and promotional pieces.

  • Capture and develop photography and basic video content reflecting resident life, staff culture, and community engagement.
  • Create and maintain standardized template libraries for frequently requested materials.
  • Manage multiple creative requests across departments while meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and creative files.
  • Collaborate with external marketing partners to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • Support Lutheran Life Villages’ mission, vision, and values in all interactions and work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
