As a Brand & Content Manager, you will be responsible for designing and producing marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, event materials, presentations, digital graphics, and promotional pieces. You will develop creative assets to support marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, recruitment efforts, and organizational communications, while maintaining consistency in visual identity, messaging, and brand standards. The role involves supporting sales initiatives, developing promotional materials for community outreach, collaborating with Human Resources for recruitment marketing, assisting with social media content, and capturing photography and basic video. You will also create and maintain standardized template libraries, manage multiple creative requests, organize digital assets, and collaborate with external marketing partners to ensure quality and brand alignment. Additionally, you will support Lutheran Life Villages’ mission, vision, and values in all interactions and work, and perform other duties as assigned.
