About The Position

We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and community-minded Brand & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of design, digital marketing, and business development. You will play a central part in shaping how Notbohm Motors shows up in the community — from eye-catching advertisements and engaging social media content to building meaningful relationships that drive business growth. If you love crafting compelling content, thinking strategically, and making real connections, this is the role for you. Some travel may be required to attend industry meetings and business development courses.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field; automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Basic photography and video skills, including comfort with editing photos and short-form video content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for community engagement and relationship building.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce advertising materials for print, digital, radio, and broadcast channels — including promotional flyers, email campaigns, signage, and display ads.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and visual concepts that align with Notbohm Motors' brand voice and current promotions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, media outlets, and designers to execute advertising campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Track and report on the performance of advertising efforts and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar that highlights inventory, promotions, events, staff spotlights, and community involvement.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster community engagement.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Notbohm Motors' presence fresh and relevant.
  • Capture photo and video content at the dealership and community events to support ongoing social storytelling.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen Notbohm Motors' presence in the Miles City community through sponsorships, partnerships, and local events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups that align with our brand.
  • Assist in planning and executing dealership events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Support the sales and management teams with marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and customer retention.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to help inform business development strategies.
  • Photo integration of merchandise to websites
