About The Position

Timeless Select LLC is seeking an independent contractor to join its marketing team as a Brand Ambassador, known internally as a Kindness Team Member. The Brand Ambassador represents Timeless at dispensaries and events, building connections with consumers, patients, and retail partners while driving brand awareness and sales growth. The role involves educating consumers and dispensary staff about Timeless cannabis products and promotions, supporting marketing activations, and delivering welcoming, informative, and professional customer experiences in line with the company’s hospitality approach. The contractor works independently across assigned territories. Work is limited to no more than 30 hours per week and generally takes place Thursday through Saturday during late-afternoon or early-evening shifts, with occasional Monday-through-Wednesday shifts if needed. Occasional travel outside the state may be required for Timeless events. Compensation is $30.00 per hour, and the contractor is responsible for their own tax obligations. Company-provided attire and equipment, a website, and a merchandise discount are listed.

Responsibilities

Represent the Timeless brand in dispensaries by educating, engaging, and inspiring patients, customers, and dispensary staff with knowledgeable information about products and promotions.
Ensure the Timeless brand is presented in dispensaries according to the company’s merchandising strategy and standards, and observe customer flow and staff engagement with the brand.
Handle situations with patience and professionalism and demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise regarding Timeless products.
Attend dispensary events and activations; set up booths and promotional stands and stock promotional products.
Engage consumers, identify their interests, and understand their needs and requirements.
Demonstrate promoted products and provide accurate information about products and company services.
Create a positive brand image and encourage consumers to use Timeless products.
Distribute apparel, accessories, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials to generate sales opportunities.
Report demonstration-related information, including consumer interest, questions asked, and the number of samples or flyers distributed.
Travel outside the state occasionally to assist with Timeless events.
Complete product training and achieve a passing test score of 90%.
Conduct budtender education for staff at each dispensary after completing product training.
Keep up with the schedule for Blitzs, ISA, and budtender training across designated territories and accounts.
