About The Position

As a Brand Ambassador for Diptyque Distribution LLC., you will represent the luxury fragrance and home goods brand, embodying its elegance and storytelling. You will engage with customers, share the stories behind Diptyque products, and drive sales through exceptional service and brand expertise. The role is based at Town & Country and requires a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

Experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service; experience in beauty, fragrance, or home goods is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
Passion for luxury products and understanding of the Diptyque brand aesthetic.
Strong sales skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
Proficiency in English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Represent Diptyque professionally and enthusiastically, reflecting the brand’s image and values.
Engage customers through personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
Educate customers about Diptyque’s products, ingredients, history, and unique selling points.
Meet individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling or cross-selling.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and display products according to brand guidelines.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Gather customer feedback and market insights and communicate them to management.
Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions as required.
Build and maintain customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
Perform other tasks as assigned by a manager.
