About The Position

2020 Companies is seeking full-time temporary Brand Ambassadors to promote BodyGuardz products in assigned Houston-area dealer and corporate retail locations. The role involves engaging retail associates and managers, demonstrating BodyGuardz products, supporting sales and customer experience, and ensuring products are merchandised correctly. The position runs from now through December 23, with an approximate Monday–Friday schedule of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pay is $24 per hour plus a 10% completion bonus.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
Reliable transportation within the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

Business degree preferred.
Wireless experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage with retail associates and managers in individual and group settings to share knowledge of BodyGuardz products.
Demonstrate BodyGuardz products and explain their benefits compared with competitive brands.
Partner with retail management and sales associates to train and advocate for client products.
Drive sales, market share, and awareness of BodyGuardz products within the assigned territory.
Assist retail sales associates with product sales in wireless retail stores.
Maintain professional interactions with retail associates, customers, and fellow employees.
Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and retailer feedback.
Assist with launch-related activities as needed.
Accurately track and communicate activity to program leadership.
Ensure products are correctly merchandised, organized, and presentable.
