About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring full-time temporary Brand Ambassadors to promote BodyGuardz products in assigned territories in Houston, Texas. Ambassadors work with dealer and corporate retail locations, engaging retail associates and managers in individual and group settings, demonstrating BodyGuardz products, and supporting sales and customer experience. The assignment runs from now through December 23, with an approximate Monday–Friday schedule of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pay is $24 per hour plus a 10% completion bonus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail associates and managers in individual and group settings to explain BodyGuardz products with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate BodyGuardz 25 products and explain their benefits compared with competing brands.
• Assist in driving sales and improving the customer experience.
• Partner with retail management and retail sales associates to train and advocate for client products.
• Drive sales, market share, and mind share for BodyGuardz products within the assigned territory.
• Assist retail sales associates with selling products in retail wireless stores.
• Maintain professional interactions with retail associates, customers, and fellow employees.
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and retailer feedback.
• Assist with launch-related activities as needed.
• Accurately track and communicate activity to program leadership.
• Ensure products are correctly merchandised, organized, and presentable.
