About The Position

MDX Global is hiring high-energy Brand Ambassadors to represent Sebamed skincare at Costco roadshows nationwide. This live demonstration and direct sales role takes place inside Costco locations. The representative sets up and maintains a professional demo station, actively engages shoppers, demonstrates Sebamed products, explains their benefits, and drives purchases. Shifts run from setup through breakdown, and performance is measured by sales results. Compensation includes a competitive hourly base plus uncapped commission on products sold. Paid product training, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities are offered. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance are available to eligible employees.

Requirements

Comfort approaching and engaging strangers.
Experience in a performance-based or commission role and a record of thriving in that environment.
Self-direction and the ability to stay busy and continue engaging customers without supervision.
Professional presentation and confidence representing a premium skincare brand.
Ability to stand and remain active for full shifts of 4–11 hours.
Ability to handle light lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in retail, live demonstrations, direct sales, or brand ambassador work is strongly preferred.
A background in beauty or skincare.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain a professional, visually appealing demonstration station inside Costco.
Proactively engage passing shoppers and start conversations.
Demonstrate Sebamed products, educate customers about their benefits, and drive purchases.
Track daily sales figures and maintain accurate inventory.
Meet or exceed daily unit benchmarks.
Break down and store the demonstration station at the close of the shift.
