About The Position

MDX Global is hiring part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent skincare products at Costco roadshows nationwide. This is a live demonstration and direct sales role in a high-traffic retail environment. The role includes setting up and maintaining a demo station, engaging shoppers, demonstrating products, educating customers, and driving purchases. Shifts run from setup through breakdown, with performance measured by sales results and daily unit benchmarks. Compensation includes a competitive hourly base plus uncapped commission. Paid product training, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities are offered. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance are available for eligible employees.

Requirements

Comfort approaching and engaging strangers.
Previous experience in a performance-based or commission role, with a record of thriving in that environment.
Ability to work independently and remain active and engaged without supervision.
Professional presentation and ability to represent a premium skincare brand confidently.
Ability to stand and remain active for full shifts of 4–11 hours.
Ability to perform light lifting up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in retail, live demonstrations, direct sales, or brand ambassador work is strongly preferred.
Beauty or skincare background is a bonus.
Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or direct sales is relevant.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain a professional, visually appealing demo station inside Costco.
Proactively engage passing shoppers and start conversations.
Demonstrate skincare products, educate customers about their benefits, and drive purchases.
Track daily sales figures and maintain accurate inventory.
Meet or exceed daily unit benchmarks.
Break down and store the demo station at the close of the shift.
