Part-Time Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative
About The Position
MDX Global is hiring part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent skincare products at Costco roadshows across the country. This is a live demonstration and direct sales role in a high-traffic retail environment. The role offers competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission, paid product training, and flexible scheduling. Eligible employees may have access to health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and advancement opportunities are available within MDX Global’s roadshow operation. Shifts run from setup through breakdown. Brand Ambassadors set up and maintain a professional demo station, proactively engage shoppers, demonstrate skincare products, explain their benefits, and drive purchases. They track daily sales and inventory, work toward daily unit benchmarks, and break down and store the station at the end of the shift. The position requires staying active and standing for shifts of 4–11 hours, with light lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Comfort approaching and engaging strangers.
- Prior experience in a performance-based or commission role, with demonstrated success.
- Ability to work independently and remain engaged without close supervision.
- Professional presentation and ability to represent a premium skincare brand confidently.
- Ability to stand and remain active for full shifts of 4–11 hours.
- Ability to handle light lifting up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Background in beauty or skincare.
- Prior experience in retail, live demonstrations, direct sales, or brand ambassador work.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or direct sales.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a professional, visually appealing demo station inside Costco.
- Proactively engage passing shoppers and start conversations.
- Demonstrate skincare products, educate customers about their benefits, and drive purchases.
- Track daily sales figures and maintain accurate inventory.
- Meet or exceed daily unit benchmarks.
- Break down and store the demo station at the close of the shift.
