About The Position

MDX Global is hiring part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent Sebamed skincare at Costco roadshows nationwide. This is a live demonstration and direct sales role in which employees set up and operate a demo station, actively engage shoppers, explain product benefits, and drive purchases. Shifts include setup and breakdown, and performance is measured by sales results. The position offers competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission, paid product training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance are available to eligible employees.

Requirements

Comfort approaching and engaging strangers.
Experience in a performance-based or commission role and success in that environment.
Ability to work independently and stay actively engaged without supervision.
Professional presentation and confidence representing a premium skincare brand.
Ability to stand and remain active for full shifts of 4–11 hours.
Ability to perform light lifting up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Background in beauty or skincare.
Prior experience in retail, live demonstrations, direct sales, or brand ambassador work.
Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or direct sales.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain a professional, visually appealing demonstration station inside Costco.
Proactively engage passing shoppers and start conversations.
Demonstrate Sebamed products, educate customers about their benefits, and encourage purchases.
Track daily sales and maintain accurate inventory.
Meet or exceed daily unit benchmarks.
Break down and store the demonstration station at the end of the shift.
