About The Position
The Branch Trainee completes a comprehensive training program designed to build foundational knowledge of the industry, customers, and organization, alongside branch-oriented and professional development training. The role supports branch goals and champions the safety, health, and welfare of sales, operations, and associates. Work is onsite in a retail shop in Export, Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a Supply Chain-related field.
- Proven ability to guide and support others, with a focus on customer service and/or operations.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative problem-solving skills and administrative accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Guide and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with regional, corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Answer customer inquiries and enter orders.
- Coordinate with territory sales personnel to advance market presence and margins.
- Pull and package customer orders.
- Review and align cash and bank deposits, open order edit lists, quote lists, purchase order reports by item, and selected order edit lists.
- Help ensure internal and external customers receive prompt acknowledgment and pleasant service.
