Branch Service Technician
About The Position
Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to serve Denver, Colorado, and surrounding territories. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing customer compressed air equipment and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls systems. Technicians also advise customers on maintenance intervals and system improvements. After-hours emergency service may be required when necessary. This is an hourly position with a hiring range of $28–$32, commensurate with experience. Kaeser provides a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop. Its KFACT Certification program is designed to help technicians develop and achieve mastery in their trade.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Good communication skills.
- Aptitude to learn mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls systems.
- Good customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Professionally install, maintain, and repair customer compressed air equipment in the assigned branch territory.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies when necessary.
- Analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls subsystems to identify root causes of problems and provide solutions.
- Recommend maintenance intervals and system improvements to customers.
