About The Position

We are searching for a future leader to join us on the journey from a $20M company to a $250M company over the next 10 years. This is not just another sales opportunity. This is a direct leadership development path designed to prepare the right individual to eventually run and operate an entire branch location as we expand into the Orlando market. We are looking for someone who wants more than a job — someone who wants to build a career in leadership, sales management, and organizational growth. This position is designed for a high-performing sales professional with leadership experience who is willing to fully immerse themselves in our process, systems, and culture in preparation for becoming a Branch Sales Manager. We are looking for someone who understands that great leadership is earned through experience in the field, a commitment to personal growth, and the ability to lead by example. The right candidate is hungry to develop their leadership skills, learn our proven sales methodology, and grow into a long-term management role within our organization. The candidate selected will work directly alongside our leadership team to learn every aspect of our business, including: In-home sales process One-call closing systems Recruiting and hiring Sales training and coaching Leadership and accountability systems Sales psychology and team development Operational communication between sales, marketing, and production Culture building and performance management This individual must be willing to spend significant time in the field learning our process firsthand, mastering our systems, and leading by example. We believe the best leaders are those who fully understand the business from the ground level up. As we continue our expansion, this role is intended to transition into a leadership position overseeing a sales team and eventually operating an entire branch location.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of in-home sales experience
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket sales
  • Strong leadership skills and desire to move into management
  • Process-oriented with strong accountability standards
  • Coachable, growth-minded, and highly driven
  • Willingness to learn leadership, coaching, and team development
  • Must be willing to work in the field and lead from the front
  • Must be located locally in the Tampa Bay area
  • Must be willing to relocate to the Orlando market as part of our branch expansion in near future

Responsibilities

  • Learn and immerse in company process, systems, and culture.
  • Develop leadership skills.
