About The Position

CFIB is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and driven individual for a Sales Manager in Training role. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), who enjoys connecting with people, and wants to be part of a team that makes a real impact. The role involves a hands-on sales position with structured leadership training and mentoring, focusing on developing relationships with SMB owners, driving new business development, and mastering sales strategies to prepare for a future Sales Manager role.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Approachable, outgoing, and able to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Motivated by purpose, eager to help small business owners, and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and takes initiative to grow skills.
  • Comfortable with CRMs, iPads, digital presentations, and using tech to optimize the sales process.
  • Driven and goal-oriented, with a desire to win independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ready to be on the move in your territory.
