About The Position
This entry-level, on-site role provides customer-facing support while helping maintain smooth daily branch activity. The position involves regular face-to-face interaction and is suited to someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or on-site coworkers rather than exclusively behind the scenes. A strong candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience may be helpful, and transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
