About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, introducing customers to bankers, and completing operational work in accordance with established policies. It handles routine to moderately complex transactions and customer support tasks, helps resolve daily teller-line issues, and supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling. The coordinator works under defined policies and procedures, receives guidance from managers, and uses judgment to support customers and employees, resolve or escalate concerns, and identify services that meet customers’ financial needs. The position also involves motivating a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet business objectives. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The position is based at 40460 Heritage Green Cir, Magnolia, TX 77354, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to reach its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues in a timely and effective manner.
