About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports the customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. It also completes operational activities while minimizing risk and supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling. The coordinator handles routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks; resolves or escalates teller-line issues and customer or employee concerns; and identifies information and services that can address customers’ financial needs. The role receives guidance from managers and exercises judgment within established policies and procedures. It also helps motivate a diverse team to reach its potential and meet business objectives. The position is located at 2605 Texas Heritage Pkwy, Katy, TX 77494. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer-service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risk and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance requirements, escalate and remediate issues, and make sound risk decisions.
