About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital banking solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. It completes operational activities in accordance with established policies while minimizing risk, and handles routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners. The coordinator supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, helps resolve daily teller-line issues under regional banking management, and assists customers and employees with concerns or complaints, escalating them when appropriate. The role provides excellent customer service, identifies information and services that address customers’ financial needs, and motivates a diverse team to meet business objectives. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The position is based at 1500 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve concerns or complaints, escalating issues when appropriate.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues appropriately.
