About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience through teller transactions, digital banking education, and appropriate introductions to bankers. It also performs operational and customer-support tasks, helps the Branch Manager with operations and scheduling, and addresses teller-line issues under regional banking management direction. The coordinator provides customer and employee support, resolves or escalates concerns, identifies services that address customers’ financial needs, and helps motivate a diverse team to meet business objectives. The role follows established procedures and policies, exercises judgment within defined guidelines, and contributes to risk management and compliance. The position is located at 7385 W Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, Florida. Its schedule may include most Saturdays. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risk and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks efficiently using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints.
Provide service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to reach its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, escalate and remediate issues, and make sound risk decisions.
