About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience and branch operations by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, connecting customers with bankers, and identifying services that meet their financial needs. It performs routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners. The coordinator supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolves teller-line issues under regional banking management, and helps customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns. The role requires sound judgment within established policies and procedures, strong customer service, and supporting and motivating a diverse team to meet business objectives. The schedule may include most Saturdays. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The position is located at 155 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, VA 20186. The listed base pay range is $25.00–$33.00; pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, experience, and work location, and employees may be eligible for incentives. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer-service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to provide strong customer service by listening, eliciting information, and understanding customer issues.
Ability to educate customers about technology and communicate the value of mobile banking options.
Ability to interact with customers and employees with integrity and professionalism.
Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
Ability to organize work, act independently, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and follow policy guidelines.
Ability to motivate others to achieve their potential and meet business objectives.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

Cash-handling experience.
Relevant military experience, including personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources, or military recruiting.
Knowledge and understanding of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.

Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to reach its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance policies and procedures, and escalate and remediate issues as required.
