About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, introducing customers to digital solutions and bankers, and completing operational work in accordance with established policies. The coordinator supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolves teller-line operating issues under regional banking management, and assists customers and employees with concerns or complaints. The position also involves identifying services that meet customers’ financial needs and motivating a diverse team to meet business objectives. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risk and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to reach its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, escalate and remediate issues, and make sound risk decisions.
