About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and connecting customers with bankers. It completes operational activities while minimizing risk and supports routine to moderately complex transactions and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners. The coordinator supports the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolves teller-line operational issues under regional banking management direction, and helps customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns. The role receives managerial guidance and exercises judgment within established policies and procedures. It also provides attentive customer service, identifies information and services relevant to customers’ financial needs, and motivates a diverse team to meet business objectives. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer-service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risk and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks efficiently using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns and complaints.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues as appropriate, and make sound risk decisions.
