About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, connecting customers with digital solutions and bankers, and completing operational activities while minimizing risk. The coordinator handles routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support work; assists the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling; and resolves teller-line issues under regional banking management direction. The position also involves helping customers and employees address concerns, providing excellent service, identifying services that meet customers’ financial needs, and motivating a diverse team to meet business objectives. The posting location is 217 Main St W, New Prague, MN 56071. The schedule may include most Saturdays. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risk and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns and complaints.
Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures, and escalate and remediate issues appropriately.
