North Coast is seeking a Branch Manager in Anchorage to lead a team focused on providing electrical products and services to contractors. The company operates throughout Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, and Washington and is part of the Sonepar group, a global leader in electrical distribution. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction of the branch, driving strategic initiatives, and managing daily operations.

Requirements

5 years Industry Experience
2 years Management or Supervisory Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years
Strong Sales experience in both Contractor and Industrial Markets
Knowledge of NCE Operations
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, organization, and direction to build a team capable of being profitable and meeting customer requirements
Build forecasts and drive strategic initiatives for market share growth.
Develop residential, commercial, and industrial customer centric strategies targeted around development and retention
Drive market-leading customer service with a best-in-class team of industry professionals
Demonstrate strong sales leadership
Support account managers with sales goals and customer relationships
Management of daily operations of the Service Center
Develop and implement a Service Center business plan consisting of: sales and gross margin management, expense management, asset management, associate development, community support
Monitor sell and cost overrides daily
Collaboration of contract and pricing implementation and maintenance with O/S
Ensure cycle count procedures are implemented and followed
Other duties as assigned
