The Branch Manager (BRM) is responsible for achieving operational, financial, and cultural performance results as defined by the company. This role involves managing all employees at the assigned branch location(s), overseeing personnel functions such as hiring, discipline, orientation, performance evaluations, staff development, and terminations. The Branch Manager must develop and maintain a working knowledge of the company's products and services, relevant governmental or regulatory requirements, and accreditation requirements, ensuring compliance with governing or accrediting agencies. This position requires regular review of financial statements, operational reports, sales volumes, and key performance indicators to track progress. The Branch Manager must maintain current knowledge of and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, responding promptly to complaints and incidents. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with employees, vendors, physicians, and referral sources, maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction with patients, referral sources, and branch employees. The role also involves calling upon referral sources to promote the company and its offerings, building strong relationships with sales staff, and ensuring sales and marketing objectives are met. Additionally, the Branch Manager is responsible for the physical control and proper care of company assets, timely processing of orders with accurate paperwork, daily accounting and reconciliation of activities and assets, and maintaining professional interactions and appearance. Participation in an on-call rotation is also required.
