About The Position

Reece & Fortiline is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a branch team in a hands-on environment. The role requires leading from the front, applying business acumen and professionalism, and working autonomously. The Branch Manager supports customer needs, branch performance, team development, and workplace safety. The position requires onsite attendance at the assigned location and includes physical activities such as lifting, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, and kneel, squat, climb, and walk.
Ability to operate common office equipment, including computers and copiers.
Oral and written communication abilities, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.
Relevant mental capabilities include analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, active listening, adaptability, dependability, initiative, problem-solving, service orientation, stress tolerance, and time management.
