About The Position

As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team. You create a welcoming environment for employees and clients, represent Chase’s brand and culture, deliver banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborate with specialists to support clients’ financial needs.

The role includes completing the Branch Manager Training Program before placement. Travel is required as needed for in-person training and meetings, and may include out-of-state travel. The position is subject to Dodd-Frank and SAFE Act requirements, including NMLS registration and ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to travel as required for in-person training and meetings, potentially out of state.
• Meet applicable Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act Loan Originator qualification requirements and comply with SAFE Act requirements, including NMLS registration.
